I thought it was bad enough that after being in court and accused of two felonies that you go spend your evening at a bhotel/b bar and stay out until almost 4am while presumably the woman you are accused of beating was probably waiting b...../b Also, bNancer's/b got it right. The authorities have the evidence - the prosecution no longer needs her. The plaintiff in criminal actions is The People of the State of California. If it does go to trial, the defense would do better with a b.../b
